5. Execute projects.
6. Open job orders for tool creation.
7. Request approval for Project Innovation documents.
8. Collect data on various projects to improve the production process.
9. Manage and track project progress to completion.
1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (IE) or related fields.
2. Leadership and creativity, ability to work under pressure.
3. High responsibility and a positive attitude.
4. Honesty, alertness, punctuality, and ability to work as a team.
