- Control injection adjustment and mold setup according to the company production plan.
- Establish guidelines for the correct use of raw materials in both quantity and production formula.
- Control production standards to meet requirements.
- Ensure production meets standards.
- Manage department expenses.
- Ensure safety in operations.
- Manage various quality systems.
- Manage employee.
- Plan and prepare the annual budget.
- Aged between 27-40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, Petrochemicals or related fields.
- Have basic knowledge of problem analysis in plastic injection.
- At least 6 years of experience in plastic injection.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing and supervising staff.
- Able to work in shifts.
