1. Prepare documents related to cash receipts and banking transactions.
2. Prepare invoices according to customer billing schedules, follow up on cheque receipts and customer wire transfers to ensure timely payments.
3. Issue receipts and payment vouchers in the SL.
4. Prepare salesman commissions and generate Bank Reconcilation reports.
5. Follow up and verify copies of delivery notes/tax invoices.
6. Record copies of tax invoices into the SL.
7. Maintain a control register for guarantee letters.
8. Monitor guarantee letters that are nearing expiration.
9. Check external transport billing documents.
10. Check Export invoices/Export Declaration against Tax Invoices issued in the SL.
11. Issue receipt for spare parts/ repair costs and control the use of forms.
1. Age 22 years old and above.
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related fields.
3. At least 0 - 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
4. Have knowledge in Accounting, Value Added Tax (VAT) law, Withholding Tax, banking transactions, and ERP (AR, JE)
5. Good skill in computer.
6. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) would be an advantage.
7. Have detail-oriented and responsible.
8. Proactive and punctual.
9. Able to Coordinate with the internal and external departments.
10. Honest, Diligent, Patient, and able to work well under pressure.
11. Fresh graduated are welcome.
