QMR/SHEQ Executive,

1. Implement, and maintain a robust SHEQ Management System (SMS) aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, GHP/HACCP, FSSC).

2. Proactively identify and assess SHEQ risks, implementing effective controls and mitigation strategies.

3. Oversee all safety, health, environmental, and Quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards and non-conformances.

5. Investigate incidents and accidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.

6. Develop and deliver impactful safety training programs for employees at all levels.

7. Track and analyse SHEQ performance metrics, reporting to senior management and proposing data-driven improvement initiatives.

8. Ensure the company operates in an environmentally responsible manner, minimizing waste and implementing sustainable practices.

9. Stay up-to-date on evolving regulations and best practices in SHEQ and compliance.

10. Collaborate effectively with all departments to ensure SHEQ principles are integrated into all aspects of operations.

11. Continuously improve the effectiveness of the company's SHEQ compliance programs.
