- Work closely with Managers and key leaders to ensure that the end-to-end HR processes are effectively executed.
- Continuously evaluate HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and increased efficiency.
- Apply expertise, systems and processes to meet business needs by collaborating with Core HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management and Learning & Development.
- Analyze effectiveness of HR programs including employee engagement and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop HR plans and oversee a variety of HR matters covering overall cycle of employee engagement.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives with clear business direction.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR process and Talent Acquisition
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and influence talent strategies.
- Fluency in English is essential
