- Handle all enquiries and assisting prospect clients for site inspection walk-though
- Supporting leads and clients by providing information and proceeding until closing sales and maintain customer relationship
- Coordinate with operation team in order to ensure all requirement will meet their needs
- Collect and analyze leads information to prepare data for sales reports
- Research market trend and business competitor to identify for networking opportunities
- Perform other Ad-Hoc assignments when needed
- Bachelor degree in related fields and possess G.P.A. at least 2.75
- At least 1-year experiences Sales & Marketing in hotel or property industry
- Experiences in Serviced Office is a plus
- Must have good command in English (Spoken & Written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fast learning ability and passion for sales, being work under pressure
- Confidence plus positive attitude, and team work
