Sales and Marketing Coordinator
SCSI Co., Ltd.Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist sales team to come up with current product cost, cost comparison, and availability in distributor’s stock for proposal/selling purpose
• Support sales, presales, technical team, in-house team, and any involving divisions to execute any sales tools e.g. presentation, quotation, contract, any required document along sales process
• Coordinate, and prepare sales & marketing activities such as exhibition, sales promotion activities, and public relation activities
• Develop effective marketing tools and sales collateral such as leaflet, brochure, banner
• Collect marketing information from available marketing document to use as a primary information e.g. update name list in database from time to time
• Track, follow up, and confirm customer order with account owner after issue PO to selected distributor
• Gather and summary required document for invoice purpose to responsible salesperson
• Deliver invoice request to Financial Department to issue invoice
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related fields.
• Age not over 35 years old, experience in sales & marketing background or IT industry is preferable.
• Able to use Microsoft Office.
• Fair in English Communication.
• Fast self-learning, high responsibility, positive attitude, pro-active and precise.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
