- Implement, support, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure projects in one or many technologies under Windows, Linux, UNIX, Database, Virtualization Environment (Hypervisor and Hyperconverged ), Network, Backup, and Monitoring.
- Catch up current knowledge of Hardware, Software, and Network technology and able to pass assigned products certificates.
- Able to manage and control an assigned projects in hand.
- Eager to learn and support the new assigned IT product / up-to-date technology.
- Give Advice / work closely with high profile customers and leading international IT brands.
- Bachelor’s Degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, or any IT related fields.
- At least 3 years in IT support or IT service is preferable.
- Must have knowledge and experience in UNIX, Linux, Windows system, and database system.
- Skill in coding program / scrip is preferable.
- Own IT certification is advantage.
- Good command in spoken and written English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learning, high responsibility, self-management, positive attitude and pro-active.
