System Engineer (Network, Security & System)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Implement, support, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure projects in technologies with Network Switch, Firewall, Security, Backup, and Monitoring.
• Catch up current knowledge of Hardware, Software, and Network technology and able to pass assigned products certificates.
• Able to manage and control an assigned project in hand.
• Document detailed system architecture
• Eager to learn and support the new assigned IT product / up-to-date technology.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, or any IT related fields.
- At least 2 years experience in system or network engineer service support.
- Background in system and network administrator for 3 years are welcome.
- Prefer technical knowledge in Network Switch, Router, Wifi Access Point (Cisco, Aruba, Mellanox, Huawei)
- Familiar with Firewall (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Sangfor, Huawei)
- Experience in Security Product (DLP, Antivirus), or Microsoft AD/ Entra/ Purview
- Own IT certification is an advantage with additional benefits.
- Good command in English and communication skills.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
