Reporting to deputy CEO. To proactively plan marketing strategies and develop marketing communication plan to meet business objectives. Work closely with sales, product team and external strategic technology vendors.
Responsibilities
• Actively monitoring and analyzing market trends
• Studying competitors' products and services
• Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
• Ensure strict adherence to data privacy regulations and implement best practices for safeguarding customer databases.
• Prepare marketing budget and plan for management approval
• Develop marketing activities plan and coordinate with internal stakeholder and 3rd party vendors for marketing activities, online and offline
• Work closely with strategic vendors to develop content marketing to target market
• Develop customer satisfaction and loyalty measurement and improvement program
• Develop corporate identity and measurement metrics
• Integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into marketing strategies.
