Customer Service Executive

• Handle with customers on daily basis to ensure operation run smoothly
• Answering and forwarding incoming calls and take appropriate action for each call
• Booking the meeting rooms
• Arranging couriers
• Manage correspondence incoming calls, mailing and documents for clients
• Assist in other administrative work for clients and provide the secretarial task to clients upon request
• Perform other Ad-Hoc assignments when needed
• Bachelor degree or above and possess G.P.A. of Bachelor degree at least 2.75
• Experience in Hotel/Customer Service/Call center/Serviced Office operation is a plus
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Highly responsible and good interpersonal skill
• Able to work independent and problem solving
• Have an excellent service mind and ability to work under pressure
• Computer skills with MS Office and E-mail
• Flexible to rotated in each other centre
