Responsibilities
• Undertake arrangements for the meetings of the Board, related Board Committees and the Shareholders. Ensuring that the meetings conform to relevant laws and regulations, the company's articles of association, individual Board and Committees charters and best practices.
• Preparation and distribution of appropriate notices of meetings, minutes and all relevant documents in both English and Thai and store corporate documents appropriately.
• Take minutes, draft meeting resolutions and responsible for the follow-up actions from meetings.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws & regulations and take appropriate action.
• Manage the secretarial office to serve as the center for corporate records such as the juristic person register, the memorandum and articles of association, the shareholder register and business licenses.
• Ensure that corporate information disclosure and related regulatory filings are in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Other related issues as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Law, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in Company Secretary field
• Good command speaking and written English
• Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-driven, and thrive for not only good but excellent work result
• Experience in listed company would be an advantage
