Prime Function:
1. Perform R&D job as assigned by R&D Manager from day-to-day job, break down job to project job to reach department goals.
2. Maintain quality management systems for R&D department. Act as document control for R&D department.
3. Repair, implement and maintain electronics test equipment in electronics production department to ensure that all test equipment is reliable and in good shape.
4. Be part of the team or lead the team to design and develop product according to company procedures and agreement with customer
Responsibility:
- Strictly follow the GPV Group Code of Conduct.
- Ensure that you have been trained and strictly follow our safety rules at workplace.
- Ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies and rules.
- Participate in making quotation on projects as assigned by Manager.
- Collect monthly data on Key Performance Indicators, with a view to identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Suggest alternatives to testing electronics PCBA according to customer input/requirements.
- Control related documentation and keep filing system according to procedures.
- Improve test coverage for ICT/Flying Probe to meet customer requirements as assigned by R&D Manager
- Improve, repair and maintain measuring/ATE equipment effectiveness & economically
- Support all technical issues in electronics production department if requested from the others.
- Analyze electronics ICT/Flying Probe failure and report to Manager
- Make documentation and engineering report for projects.
- Contact to internal and external suppliers or institutes as assigned by Manager
- Perform all tasks with awareness of safety. Always working equipped with PPE (personnel protection equipment) while working in electronics production area.
- Always strictly complied with Company’s management systems and regulations.
- Participate in 5S/Lean/Kaizen/6sigma and other improvement activities.
Authority :
- To pre-approve parts/components as requested by another department.
- To pre-approve design drawings/BOM/Software/Firmware created by R&D department.
- To pre-approve any document related to test equipment that implemented by R&D department or consign by customers.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics engineering or related field.
- Good in basic electronics, circuit diagram and electronics component.
- ICT test program debugging.
- Experience 0 - 3 years in ICT engineer or electronics.
- Knowledge ICT TRI machine and Teradyne machine is a plus.
- Good attitude, logic thinking.
- Good command for English and Computer skills.
