* Contact and coordinate with existing and new customers to offer products, expanding the company's customer base.
* Provide advice, useful information, collect data, and offer basic problem-solving for customers. Regularly visit customers and provide after-sales service.
* Monitor customer needs and satisfaction, sales figures, product sales reports, and coordinate with various departments within the company to support sales and customer satisfaction.
* Keep track of industry trends and movements.
* Coordinate and study technical information from research within the company group and apply it to provide services to the company's customers.
* Bachelor's degree in food science, Food Industry, or related fields
* At least 3 years of sales experience in the food industry, covering 2-3 segments
* Preferring in Dairy Products , Seasoning and Beverage
* Strong presentation, persuasion, and motivation skills; passion for sales and service
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent English communication skills, mandarin is a plus.
* Able to drive and possess a valid driver's license; willing to travel to other provinces
