- Lead complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
- Provide strategic legal counsel to executive leadership on corporate governance, securities matters, and risk management
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulations
- Manage outside counsel relationships and legal department resources
- Develop and implement corporate legal policies and procedures
- Advise on intellectual property matters and protection strategies
- Support board meetings and corporate secretary functions
-Minimum 8-10 years of relevant legal experience, with at least 5 years in corporate law within Thailand
-Current Thai lawyer license and membership in good standing with the Lawyers Council of Thailand
-Fluent in Thai and English (written and verbal); additional language skills are advantageous
-Strong knowledge of Thai corporate law, securities regulations, and commercial legislation
-Previous experience in a multinational corporation or leading law firm preferred
