1. Strategic Planning and Content Creation
• Develop and execute comprehensive content calendars and content pillars tailored for each platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Line, and other digital channels).
• Craft engaging and creative content to align with Rockworth’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Oversee the design of online marketing materials and artwork in collaboration with the graphic design team.
2. Marketplace Management
• Plan, manage, and optimise the company’s presence on key Marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, NocNoc).
• Monitor and analyse sales performance to ensure alignment with revenue goals and adjust strategies as needed.
3. Social Media Management
• Oversee daily operations for the company’s digital platforms, including Website, Facebook, Line, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all online channels.
4. Website Management
• Regularly update and manage website content to ensure it is accurate, engaging, and aligned with Rockworth’s brand identity.
• Write compelling articles, blog posts, and product descriptions optimised for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
• Act as the primary liaison with the website development agency to communicate requirements and oversee implementations.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure the website aligns with broader marketing campaigns and goals.
5. Reporting and Analytics
• Prepare monthly reports on market trends, online marketing performance, and future opportunities in the digital space, collaborating with agencies when required.
• Analyse campaign data and digital metrics to measure success and identify improvement areas.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance ROI and overall digital marketing effectiveness.
6. Digital Advertising
• Plan, execute, and evaluate advertising campaigns across all digital platforms.
• Analyse ad performance metrics (e.g., reach, CTR, CPC) and suggest improvements to maximise efficiency and impact.
7. Online Campaigns and Engagement
• Design and launch creative online activities and campaigns to boost engagement and drive traffic to Rockworth’s platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
8. Content Development for PR and Outreach
• Write press releases, blog posts, and articles to promote the company’s brand and offerings.
• Coordinate with the graphic design team to create high-quality visuals for content distribution.
9. Media Relations and Coordination
• Act as a liaison with external PR and media partners to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication.
• Manage relationships with agencies and vendors to achieve campaign goals and maximise brand visibility.
10. Innovation and Trend Adaptation
•Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
•Identify opportunities to adopt new platforms, tools, or strategies that align with Rockworth’s goals.
11. Team Collaboration
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing best practices and mentoring as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all touchpoints.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B or furniture-related industries.
• Proven expertise in managing social media platforms, websites, marketplaces, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, Meta Business Suite, and CMS platforms.
• Strong writing and communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Knowledge of current digital trends, tools, and best practices.
• Team player with excellent project management and organisational skills.
