Responsibilities

This position will act as liaison between fund manager team and clients and sales channels (middle office)

Job Description :

• Client management : being able to advise customers about Private Fund products. Customer relationship management both reactive and proactive. Focusing on efficient communication and customer satisfaction. (license is required for this position; however, we are open to negotiating the timeline if the candidate does not currently possess one)

• Partial admin work regarding account opening and other client transaction related.

• Positioned as middle office

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related fields with interest in investment

• 3-5 years of working experiences

• Good communication and inter-personal skills (English speaking candidates are preferred)

• Willing to learn attitude and able to work effectively under pressure

• Detailed-oriented personnel

• Good command in MS Office Skills

• Able to do constructive PowerPoint presentation

• Good service minded

• Able to work as a teamwork
