Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

1. วางแผนการตรวจสอบคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด ให้ได้ตามแผนที่ตั้งไว้

2. ติดตามและสรุปผล ผลการแก้ไข Complain ตามเวลาที่กำหนดไว้

3. ตรวจสอบ และอนุมัติงานตีกลับ

4. วิเคราะห์งาน Return Goods เพื่อหาสาเหตุของสิ่งที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด และรายงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา

5. ดำเนินการจัดการประชุมกับทางแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อหาแนวทางการแก้ไข/ข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า และงานตีกลับ

6. ดำเนินการติดตามงานซ่อมหลังจากรับงานตีกลับ (Rout Repair)

Requirements

1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไปในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องประดับหรือผ่านงานทำงานในระบบประกันคุณภาพ

3. มีประสบการณ์การในอุตสาหกรรมอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับ เข้าในกระบวนการผลิตและกำหนดมาตรฐานการผลิตได้

4. สามารถใช้เครื่องมือทดสอบต่างๆและเครื่องมือตรวจสอบคุณภาพ

5. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการวิเคราะห์ทางคุณภาพ QCC /QC7tool/4M/5W2H
