Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Community Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate

will be the face of our coworking space, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing

daily operations, Sales, Invoice and Billings, Event organizer, Mails handling and ensuring member

satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members and visitors. Welcoming members and visitors, hosting events, and

facilitating connections between members

• Manage daily operations and ensure the space is clean and well-maintained

• Space management: Ordering supplies, cleaning, and ensuring the space is well-maintained

• Handling mail and packages, managing visitor sign-in, and billing

• Organize community events and networking opportunities

• Handle member inquiries and resolve issues

• Selling new memberships, educating members on membership contracts, and managing member

onboarding and exit processes

• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content

• Overseeing events, setting them up and breaking them down, and preparing for new locations

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers

• Maintain membership records and handle billing

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Experience in customer service or community management

• Proficiency in social media management

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Fluent in Thai and English

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Benefits:

• Salary THB 35,000 - 50,000

• Working hours (Mon - Fri) 9.00 - 18.00
