- Handling and monitoring litigation related to vehicle defects, product liability, regulatory compliance and other case related to the company including prosecute both civil and criminal.
- Review and revise all agreements related to the car manufacturer's business to ensure compliance with applicable laws in Thailand. This includes internal agreements, additional contracts, and powers of attorney (POA).
- Protecting copyright infringement, patent violations, and trademark violations.
- Consulting on business operations, such as contract management, taxation, dispute resolution, legal litigation, and communication with government agencies.
- Board of Directors and Shareholders' meetings, including preparing meeting minutes and relevant presentations.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Law.
- At least 5 years working experience in Legal (Consumer cases will be given special consideration)
- Good command of both spoken and written English (**Requires a TOEIC score of at least 550**)
- **A valid lawyer’s license**
- **Graduation from the Thai Bar Association**
- Good leadership skills, highly motivated and energetic.
- Strong negotiation skill, initiative and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in other provinces.
- Have a valid driver's license.
