1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they have all necessary documentation and resources for a smooth start.
2. Visa and Work Permit Coordination:
- Facilitate the preparation of documents and applications for visa and work permits for expatriate employees.
- Coordinate with external agencies or government offices to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Act as a support contact for expatriate staff regarding visa-related queries.
3. General Administrative Support:
- Maintain and organize HR files, including general employee records.
- Support the collection and management of data such as attendance and leave records for HR purposes.
- Help coordinate team activities, such as meetings, workshops, or employee engagement events.
4. HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, and team-building events.
- Support the implementation of HR projects or new initiatives as directed by supervisors.
5. Other Supportive Duties:
- Handle tasks assigned by Supervisors or Executives Management that align with the company’s HR objectives.
- Provide flexible and efficient support to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Experience in supporting visa and work permit processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively and support cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
