- Project Management & Coordination: Lead the end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation by working closely with internal stakeholders and the external implementation partner.
- Process Mapping & System Design: Work with department heads to understand business needs, map existing workflows, and align them with the ERP system.
- Implementation Oversight: Ensure that the external implementor is configuring the system to meet business requirements while keeping the project on time and within scope.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring smooth communication and expectations.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Facilitate user testing and feedback loops to ensure system functionality aligns with operational needs.
- Training & Change Management: Help facilitate user training and ensure adoption of the new system across teams.
- Issue Resolution & Risk Management: Identify potential risks, troubleshoot implementation issues, and proactively suggest solutions.
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally with ERP implementation or enterprise software rollouts.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Odoo or other ERP systems is mandatory.
- Ability to coordinate with external vendors and align them with business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai (English is a plus).
- Experience in film production, media, or the entertainment industry is a plus but not required.
- Contract Terms & Compensation
- Duration: 12 months (with potential extension).
- Engagement Type: Consulting contract.
- Compensation: Competitive and based on experience.
