IT Auditor / Lead IT Auditor
SGS (Thailand) Limited- Ensure that all necessary documents of audit package are correctly carried out as per company procedures and submit on time
- Train and develop new auditors
- Plan, prepare and carry out assigned Main / Surveillance / Renewal audit as assigned in accordance with relevant GSP and GPP
- Complete all relevant documents for auditor qualification such as Experience record , TAQF, ISBC , Auditor Status Tracking and Personal documents.
- Ensure that all necessary documents of audit package are correctly carried out as per SGS procedures
- Respond to client enquiries on SGS certification/training products
- Conduct all the necessary follow-up with clients to ensure clients clearly understand all of the requirements of the auditing process and the status of their contract
- Professional manner/act in accordance with the non-disclosure agreement and SGS Codes of Integrity
- Strictly conduct all assessment work in accordance with SGS Global and Thailand procedures
- Report any customer complaints, problems and/or system deficiencies to Managers
- Conduct internal audits of the SGS where required and assigned
- Respond to client enquiries on all technical matters regarding to SGS certification/training products.
- Being tutor of training courses per assignment
- Qualify as a Lead Auditor in more than one standard and conduct integrated audit where required as per division guidance and instructing of Product Manager.
- Conduct Sales/Marketing presentations of company services and technical advice to those marketing and sale function where required
- Conduct public presentations/seminars on specific standards where required
- Initiative in identifying work to be done, execute and completion of the project or assigned tasks timely
- Respond the queries from pack rejection timely manner
- Support as coordinator or project leader for new product/service development as assigned by supervisor and ensure all actions will be done effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related
- Minimum 5 year experience in all relevant fields or industries
- Minimum 2 year experience in managing team for Leader position
- Knowledge in IT Infrastructure, IT Security, Networking, Application Development or relevant
- Background in providing IT Solutions and Services will be preferable
- Passed RLA - ISO 27001, ISO 9001 or other standard course by recognized organization will be preferable
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
