Responsibilities
• Handling Job and enquiry in all dealings with key account customers.
    - Receives all requests, inquiries, complaints and contacts from clients and records customer inquiry.
    - Co-ordinates with laboratory administration and technical staff for sorting out information to advice key account clients.
    - Advises clients the status of tests, e.g. delay of results, problem of testing condition and take a proactive response.
    - Prepares quotation, proposal to clients.
    - Acts as Sample Registration staff on his/her absence for Key account job.
    - Provide summary report.
• Handling Key account project such as product monitoring or food and swab sampling and etc.
• Ensure that day to day technical and other problems, complaints experienced by key customers are solved quickly and in a professional manner with complete customer satisfaction.
- Record complaint and report to Laboratory Manager, Quality Manager and Key Account Manager
- Reports and handle customer’s complaints to Key Account Manager or Quality Manager.
• Monitoring of all key customer movement. Foresee any negative movement and report any such movement to the KA. Mgr.
• Sale Approach for new testing and services and encouraging key customers and included their supplier to use SGS services.



Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science only
  • Attentive to customer queries and pro-activeness in solving problems
  • Excellent customer service skill
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Friendly, calm and positive composure
  • Good command of English
  • Toeic Score 450 points
