Sales Executive
SGS (Thailand) Limited- Carry out effective sales planning for local products to ensure client visit targets are met.
- Records of weekly sales plans are to be to be maintained.
- Update on information for gathering on active sales information such as Lead/Proposal/Contract/Revenue.
- Ensure all monthly reports are accurate and on-time, e.g. Sales Monthly Report and TH Breakdown.
- Ensure all sales targets and contract targets per month are achieved.
- Conducting sales presentations to clients and services and record results of all client visits.
- Preparation of proposals (where necessary), follow-up on all proposals and recording of the results of such.
- Monitor proposals and contract conversion rates with the aim of achieving targets.
- Conduct all price negotiation within set limits and ensure as many as possible contracts are taken.
- Plan and execute action of key account management as assigned.
- Provide coaching to related parties such as customer services officer/sales staff for sales process, sales database and selling techniques etc.
- Corporate between local and global inquiries, i.e. proposal & contracting, project planning and coordinate for technical issues to achieve team result.
- Identify cold call list, potential market and industrial sector or specific product and reporting to Country Manager.
- Promote key account client’s business relation by conducting call & visits regularly for the assigned Key Accounts.
- Ensure the effectively manage marketing project and selling project.
- Control and prepare sales materials are up to date and in stock.
- Supervise customer services officer to ensure understanding workflow and develop as potential sales based on local markets and individual performance.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer services area.
- Excellent in telephone manner including proven communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good command in English in both of speaking and writing.
- Able to work upcountry and/or abroad occasionally.
- Possess own car and driver license will be preferable
