Administration Officer (BKK)
AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited- Manage and responsible for expatriates services & secretarial works.
- Execute all ADM procedures related to visa and work permit processing for expatriates and family
- Facilitate visa applications and arrange appropriate travel-related insurance to EXPAT who assigned for business trip
- Provide administrative support as required including making air ticket booking, hotel reservation and ect.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Administration (Secretarial work & EXPAT services will be advantages)
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Japanese language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Good Command of spoken and written in English
- Have knowledge of office administration procedures, BOI procedure for EXPAT work permit
- Good Communication and interpersonal skill
