Job Scope / Marketing
Outline
• Oversees Yu Kiroro’s overall marketing. Conduct more effective and efficient marketing activity to increase sales and contribute to budget achievement.
• Specifically, building and implementing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and coordinating related parties to deliver marketing execution.
• Regular internal reporting on the results and plans of marketing activities.
Digital marketing
Official company web site
• Lead website management. In cooperation with a web design company, upload, and update information useful to our customers, various accommodation plans, facility information, etc.
• Website structure and effective use of sentences and words to improve SEO
• Creating and editing new websites using Craft CMS
• Updates on various information about Yu Kiroro. Specifically, it covers all information such as restaurants, rooms, accommodation plans, FAQs, news, access, things-to-do, etc.
Social Media
• Operate and manage Facebook and Instagram accounts
• Effective and efficient social media advertising for awareness and conversion
• Frequent and regular organic posts to increase followers and awareness
• Responding to social media messages from audience cooperating with other departments
SEM
• Budget allocation for each country market and effective keyword setting
• Integration with websites and content to improve conversions
Chinese market
• Responding to the Chinese market that cannot be reached by FB, IG, Google, etc. Execution of contracts and collaboration with China's own social media and search engines
Review sites (Google business, Trip advisor, etc.)
• Quick update of Yu Kiroro information and upload visually appealing images
• Share reviews internally and speedy respond review comments. Especially the poor reviews.
• Increase traffic from review sites to official web site and create more revenue with more conversion rate.
EDM
• Regular transmission of accommodation plans and event information
• Creation of EDM content according to the characteristics of each country market
Magazines and hotel awards
• Advertising in magazines and in-flight magazines
• Registration and vote collection activities for hotel and resort global awards
Photo shooting video shooting
• Lead the shooting of marketing materials, etc.
• Arrangement of cameraman and videographer and shooting
• Management and sharing of marketing materials in online storage
• KOL (Influencer, Instagrammer, Youtuber, etc)
• Selection of effective KOLs and exposure channels
• Negotiations for barter, etc. with KOLs, and various arrangements and meetings for the KOLs
• Checking KOL posts etc. and measuring effectiveness
Sales Material
• Production of brochures, flyers, vouchers, etc.
Signage and billboard
• Production and installation of off-site billboards, digital signage, flags, etc.
Others
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective lead generation and nurturing strategies.
• Lead PR matters and organize the roadshow if necessary as well as partnership initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience in luxury, hospitality or the tourism industry is a must!
Ability to analyze web analytics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Ability to lead the creation of marketing sales plans following the current trends.
Fluency in English is a must and ability to understand Japanese is a plus.
