Modern Trade Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Modern Trade Sales Division Manager to join our team at Diamond Building Products Public Company Limited in Saraburi. As the Modern Trade Sales Division Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our modern trade sales division, driving growth and ensuring the achievement of our strategic sales objectives. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career progression and development.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth in the modern trade market

Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and guidance to ensure optimal performance

Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer demands

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts and partners

Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to senior management

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations

Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the building materials or modern trade industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence stakeholders

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategic decision-making

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with sales management software and tools

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing or sales management

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Sales Management.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets.
