Recruiter (Contract 1 Year)
Mattel Bangkok Limited- Conduct recruitment candidates for support functions.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Monitoring the candidate's documentation as well as pre-joining medical check-ups.
- Design and develop recruitment dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and easy-to-understand dashboards.
- Generate regular recruitment reports.
- Conduct for the Management Trainee and Internship Program.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to attract high-caliber interns.
- Collaborate with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to establish partnerships and enhance the organization's presence in the talent pool.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internship programs to continuously improve and innovate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year experience or internship experience in recruitment.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Basic data visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with internship programs/management trainee.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
- Able to communicate in English.
