Training Coordinator
Mattel Bangkok Limited- Design and develop training programs that build understanding and skills related to their job functions for new employees in production.
- Plan and facilitate training activities and learning processes appropriate for each stage of the employees' job lifecycle.
- Manage and oversee the technician certification process for employees within the production department.
- Develop and implement programs related to issuing technical licenses to ensure employees are properly certified.
- Design and create training materials such as manuals, instructional videos, and related content to support employee learning.
- Develop certification systems that verify and validate the technical skills of employees.
- Prepare for training sessions, including organizing venues, materials, and necessary tools for effective training delivery.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Develop and submit training-related budget reports, ensuring the alignment with financial planning and approval from DSD (Department of Strategic Development)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Training, or related field.
- Experience: At least 0-2 years of experience in training within the production field or technical skill development.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and develop training materials.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of manufacturing technology and technical certification systems.
- Basic English skills
- 6 Working day Monday to Saturday (8.00 am. – 5.00 pm.)
