- Organize and coordinate student activities to encourage engagement.
- Handle student inquiries, provide support, and coordinate relevant resources.
- Oversee scholarship programs and other student services.
- Maintain communication with government agencies to ensure compliance with policies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; experience in student or customer services is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, dedicated, and cheerful with strong communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in office software and basic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
- Ability to multitask and work flexible hours as needed.
