Location: Asoke Campus, Rama 9 Campus, Hua Hin Campus
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing information about academic programs, admission requirements, and the application process.
- Conduct individual and group admissions counseling sessions, both in-person and virtually, to assist students in making informed decisions about their educational goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with high schools, colleges, and educational agencies to promote the university and recruit prospective students.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as college fairs, information sessions, and campus tours, to engage with prospective students and their families.
- Assist with the evaluation of applications, including reviewing transcripts, test scores, and other application materials, to determine eligibility for admission.
- Provide support and guidance to admitted students throughout the enrollment process, including assisting with visa applications, housing arrangements, and orientation activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Help admissions team achieve team goals and objectives.
- Ensure high-level of data integrity into the customer management relationship software (CRM).
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Psychology, Education, Counseling, English, public speaking, communication or a related field.
- Previous experience in admission, sales, counseling, student recruitment, or a similar role is a plus.
- Fluent in both English and Thai, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of students and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of higher education systems and admission processes in Thailand is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, public speaking abilities, and experience in event organization are preferred.
- Ability to travel for recruitment events (if applicable)
