SOIP Analyst and Planning
LIXIL (Thailand) Public Company Limited- Improve customer service level by working with logistics by schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders (OTIF : On time in full) for both domestic and all export markets.
- Manage Demand & Supply in optimizing level which measurement by level of inventory to support the right inventory level and optimize DIO.
- Set the THL SOIP section’s target according to the main target of division and organization.
- Helping develop reports and analysis for support to improve inventory control.
- Trading items : Demand – Supply Planning.
- Monthly report and presentation for OTIF for both domestic and all export markets.
- Monthly report and presentation for Inventory control such as Safety stock level, Unhealthy Inventory for both domestic and all export markets.
- Maintain ABC Classification and safety Stock for each SKUs.
- Support Inventory, production, demand data to region teams relate with finance data.
- Monitoring THL SOIP KPI result and analyst for improvement to achieve target.
- Improving trading items : Demand – Supply Management processes / control.
- Customer Service : monitoring OTIF report and analyst root cause for improving OTIF to achieve target.
- Logistic : monitoring and analyst data for Inventory control.
- Sale : Demand forecast and market understanding.
- Procurement : Supply Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field or Master Degree is preferable.
- Good in computer program Microsoft excel utilization creative.
- Strong background of PMP and experience in manufacturing at least 5 yrs.
- Strong communication skills, good leadership skill, enthusiastic, well organized, self-motivated and strong problem-solving skills,
- Project management skills.
