- Explore, identify and implement digital transformation improvement areas in organization.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into digital technology solutions.
- Act as a bridge between Internal, External & 3rd Party to ensure smooth digital transformation.
- Basic development and execute digital transformation project aligned with business goals.
- Continuous improvement and drive change management for technology adoption.
- Monitor to ensure that digital solution adoption & Satisfaction after project go-live.
1. Bachelor's Master's degree in Computer Engineer, Computer science MIS or related field.
2. At least 2 years in digital transformation project management, Digital for Business Improvement, IT Consultant.
3. Special Skill or Knowledge.
- Project management skill (Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification is a plus)
- SDLC
- Basic technical skill (At least 1) of Lowcode, CRM, RPA, Automation, ERP, IOT
- Digital transformation thoery (Execution experience is a plus)
- Logical thinking.
- Logical thinking.
4. Others
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem solving skills.
- Extrovert.
- Able to work under pressure in sometime.

- Excellent using generative Al Tools is a plus.
