- Analyze technical and costing requests for internal customer
- Take lead on RFQ process, start to end, for the assigned packages/customers
- Create schedule of activities and follow up with the required functions to take it to completion
- Work with customers on technical topics and problem resolution
- Take lead on problem solving for key problems faced during FAI process
- Propose and initiate process improvements within Industrialization team processes and take lead on the projects whenever assigned
- Perform risk analysis on incoming RFQs and implement mitigation actions with the team members
- Understand existing capabilities and analyze customer RFQ data to propose building of new capabilities
- Be the cross functional focal point for the industrialization team for assigned packages and projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Technical understanding of engineering drawings and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Previous experience in metal working, manufacturing (Milling, Fabrication and assembly) will be advantageous
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management.
- Understanding of matrix organization and experience working in a matrix environment
- Able to work with urgencies and prioritize work according to the nature of impact.
- Able to work at an intermediate level on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with Microsoft teams will be advantageous
- Able to communicate precisely and accurately. Able to adjust communication according to the need.
- Proactive personality with focus on getting outcomes
- Able to learn fast.
- Proficient English, both oral and written skills required.
- Potential to grow in the role.
