Depend on qualifications and experience
- Coordinate between those involved in the construction work such as the Owner, designer, contractor, relevant agencies.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Ensure projects run smoothly is completed within Time, Cost, Quality and HSE
- Experienced in controlling large and high-rise buildings 5 years and up.
- Thai nationality.
- Age between 30 - 45 years old.
- 8-10 years experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Civil Engineer or other related field.
- Knowledge or experiences of Civil
- Have an Associate Engineer/Professional Engineer License
- Good attitude to work and willing to learn new things, able to work under pressure and coordination skills.
- Good command of English both spoken and written
- Only those with direct work experience in the field will be considered.
- สามารถเดินทางไปทำงาน ประจำโครงการ จ.น่าน, จ. แพร่ หรือที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้
- สัญญาจ้างงานเฉพาะโครงการ ประมาณ 8 - 12 เดือน
