- Create and manage project budgets to keep costs under control during development
- Prepare cost plan and detailed studies for real estate projects.
- Analyze tender document and construction document
- Prepare and recommend procurement according to the contract of various contractors. Package of procurement
- Prepare bidding strategies and bidding plans
- Receive a document inspection regarding the TOR competition and price consideration conditions.
- Provide advice and suggestions, clarify details, and answer questions to bidders.
- Can be used BIM to monitor work quantities.
- Bachelor's degree civil Engineer in a related construction field.
- At least 5 years of experience in cost management.
- Experience in cost management with a real estate developer or consultant is preferred.
- Proficiency in English for business communication.
- Ability to work outside of Bangkok occasionally.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Can be used BIM to monitor work quantities.
