Marketing Communication Executive
TOPGUN Co., Ltd.• Create comprehensive communication plans to promote our HR tech products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and brand messaging.
• Utilize various channels (social media, email, webinars, etc.) to reach and engage our target audience.
Collaborate with Strategic Teams:
• Work closely with the Sales and Customer Consultants teams to understand their needs and adapt communication strategies to support their efforts.
• Gather insights from these teams to continuously improve our communication tactics and messaging.
Coordinate with Product Development:
• Partner with the product development team to gain a deep understanding of our HR tech products and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
• Ensure that product updates and new releases are communicated clearly and compellingly to our target audience.
Content Creation and Management:
• Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and marketing materials, to support communication strategies.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across all channels.
Monitor and Analyze Performance:
• Track the performance of communication strategies and campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Event Coordination and Participation:
• Assist in organizing and promoting events, such as webinars, virtual career fairs, and industry conferences, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Represent JOBTOPGUN at industry events and trade shows, building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or other relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing and communications, public relations, or creating brand image
- Strong understanding of communication strategies and best practices across various channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with content creation and management.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
