Role Overview

As a Lead Software Engineer at TOPGUN, you will be responsible for managing the full stack / backend engineering of our core products. Despite some of our systems and infrastructure being outdated, we are committed to developing the most advanced technology infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with the technology team to develop world-class products. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and technology teams to translate feature requirements into software designs.
• Design and implement scalable and well-engineered systems.
• Work with new tech stacks, such as Go, and other technologies as needed.
• Guide and mentor junior software engineers to support their professional growth.
• Conduct code reviews to help junior members write better code.
• Proactively identify and implement necessary changes in assigned codebases, product areas, and systems.
• Analyze and optimize efficiency, scalability, and stability across system resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability.
