- Perform day-to-day operations of account receivable issues.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of receivable accounts recording in systems.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of receivable accounts recording in systems.
- Review outstanding receivables and prepare AR aging reports for management and relevant departments.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data is available for AR transactions.
- Assisting with month-end closing activities and ad hoc assignments.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Age preferably 25-30 years old.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or credit control.
- Good knowledge of financial, tax and proficiently in using SAP System, Excel Spreadsheet and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
