-Support the sales team in achieving company targets and objectives.
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and communication.
-Drive customer acquisition and expand the customer base.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to enhance collaboration and performance.
-Coordinate laboratory activities, seminars, presentations, and information exchange between suppliers and the laboratory to ensure success.
- 5+ years of experience in technical service or a related role within the chemical, adhesive, or sealant industry.
- Hands-on experience with formulation, testing, or application of adhesives and sealants.
- Proven track record of managing technical teams and customer relationships.
- Strong leadership capabilities to supervise technicians and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects and technical challenges simultaneously.
- Experience in training and developing team members in technical and safety protocols.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer or production issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and customer interaction.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
