• Performs problem solving and assistance on ERP software applications systems for Clients/customers.
• Performs advice solution and solve any problem with ERP Application to clients
• Provides technical assistance and maintenance support to customer’s end users.
• Maintains knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.

• Experience 1 - 3 years of experience in Application support, IT Helpdesk, Call center or related field.
• Experience in Application Support, IT Helpdesk, ERP Support, Software Support least 1 year is advantage.
• Ability to use personal computer and computer equipment.
• Possess service minded and problem solving skills.
• Fast learner, high responsibility, self-motivated, excellent team spirit and willing to work hard.
