Production Manager, ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต

• Managing the planning of production in order to ensure that production capacity and resources and efficiently utilized
• Implementing continuously improved productivity to efficiency and elimination waste in the process
• Developing, controlling, evaluating and monitoring Engineer/operations staff
• In all areas of responsibilities, the incumbent is responsible in assuring that appropriate PPE is in place that has direct impact on the Health and Safety of associates and the Environment.
• Actively involve in the procurement, industrial relations and supply-chain management
• Provide consultation, decision-making, and problem solving in the manufacturing process
• Responsible for strategic planning, defining, modifying, and reviewing policies for 
• plant management   
• Investment planning in several projects    
• Plan and oversea working process for an effective management    
• Supportive role in Lean manufacturing concepts, Safety, 5S, Waste Reduction and ISO 9001 quality systems.   
• Overseeing production planning and budgeting.   
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the DGM, BUM from time to time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineer, Mechanical, Industrial or related fields.
• Minimum 10-15 years’ work experience in production and 7 years of management.
• Ability to analyze and implement productivity
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, 5S, 5W, lean manufacturing and KPIs control.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment. 
• Strong technical analysis, machining background and willing to learn the new things.
• Good command in English both written and spoken. 
• Good team players work hard under pressure and good relationship skills.
