ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leading the project team to successfully achieve project Scope, Schedule, Cost objectives.
• Preparing Project execution, planning, schedules, budgeting, and risk assessments for automation projects.
• Reviewing, coordinating, controlling, and following up works with team in order to ensure that the engineering, procurement and construction works are in accordance with the project specification, on time and on budget, in accordance with the objective of the project. E.g.,
o Review drawing and designating utilities to support automation systems.
o Ensure the project adheres to quality standards and regulations.
o Follow up on the installation of the automation system and the purchase plan.
o Monitor the delivery of goods.
• Coordinating with team and providing technical support on relevant issues in order to complete project effectively. E.g.,
o Customize and fix automation in case of problems with the production process.
o Keep proper record of work activities, including all procurement and maintenance costs.
• Coordinating with team and providing technical support on future projects under development, in order to realize the automation projects which are feasible. E.g.,
o Investigate the viability of deploying an automated system in place of human labor.
o In search of innovative tools and equipment for use in automation systems.
o Gather information for the study and assessment of automation systems.
• Review and submit reports on work activities and progress of work to Top management.
• Coordinate with maker/vendor teams.
