Quality Assurance

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and results-driven Mid-Level Quality Assurance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, an understanding of automation testing frameworks, and a passion for ensuring that the highest quality standards are maintained across our products. As a QA, you will be responsible for developing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and working closely with developers and product managers to improve software quality.

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications.

- Perform manual and automated testing of applications and software products to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.

- Identify, report, and track defects using issue-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers to ensure product quality and identify areas for improvement.

- Participate in code reviews and design discussions to ensure testability and quality standards are met.

- Conduct regression, performance, and load testing to ensure product scalability and stability.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts.

- Provide detailed feedback to the development team, ensuring defects are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

- Continuously evaluate testing processes and suggest improvements for optimization.

- Stay up to date with the latest QA trends, testing methodologies, and tools.

Sex : Male or Female

Work Experience : 2-4 years of experience in software testing (manual and automated).

Qualifications:

- Strong experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).

- Solid understanding SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Scrum.

- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation and reports.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Knowledge of performance testing and tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and mobile testing.

- Familiarity with security testing and test-driven development (TDD).

- Certifications like ISTQB or equivalent are a plus.
