- Develop and maintain onchain data indexers for extracting blockchain data efficiently.
- Build secure HTTP APIs to support Web3 applications and integrations.
- Implement CRUD operations for managing on-chain/off-chain data storage.
- Develop onchain transaction execution logic, including gas optimization and error handling.
- Ensure API security with authentication, rate-limiting, and protection against common threats.
- Write unit tests and ensure backend reliability through automated testing.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker.
- Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) to store and retrieve blockchain-related data.
- Optimize backend performance for real-time data fetching from blockchains.
- Collaborate with the frontend and blockchain teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Stay updated with the latest best practices in Web3 backend security and infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
- Strong experience with API security (JWT, OAuth, encryption, rate limiting).
- Ability to write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality.
- Knowledge of blockchain nodes, RPC endpoints, and data indexing solutions.
- Bonus: Experience with The Graph, Subgraphs, or custom indexers.
- Bonus: Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, etc.).
1. Experience (1-5 years) in backend development with Golang, Python, or Node.js.
2. Strong knowledge of onchain data indexing and blockchain interaction.
3. Experience with smart contract interaction via ethers.js, web3.js, or go-ethereum.
4. Proficiency in RESTful API and WebSocket development.
