• Maintain and enhance smart contracts and blockchain-based solutions for the Carbon Credit platform.
• Develop and optimize smart contracts primarily using Solidity on Ethereum and BNB Chain.
• Ensure security, efficiency, and scalability of blockchain transactions and smart contracts.
• Implement data indexing solutions to efficiently retrieve blockchain data for analytics and user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain subgraphs using The Graph, GraphQL, or custom data indexing solutions.
• Communicate with and coordinate blockchain outsourcing teams who previously developed the project to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing support.
• Implement and integrate on-chain & off-chain data through oracles and APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure reliable and secure smart contract deployments.
• Work closely with frontend and backend teams to integrate blockchain features into the Web3 platform.
• Research and implement Layer 2 solutions and cross-chain interoperability when necessary.
• Monitor blockchain network upgrades and ensure project compatibility with protocol changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enhance Web3 product features.
• Knowledge of oracles (e.g., Chainlink), IPFS, and decentralized storage solutions.
• Experience working with GraphQL, The Graph, or other indexing solutions for blockchain data retrieval.
• Ability to communicate effectively with blockchain outsourcing teams to align on development and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, or Python for backend integration is a plus.
• Understanding of carbon credit mechanisms and Web3 sustainability initiatives is a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Web3 environment.
1. 2-4 years of experience in blockchain development, particularly on EVM-compatible blockchains.
2. Proficiency in Solidity for smart contract development.
3. Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle for development and testing.
4. Strong understanding of ERC standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) and tokenization.
