Procurement Control Associate

Procurement Control Associate is responsible for issuing purchase orders to suppliers domestics/overseas, managing delivery schedule to ensure alignment with the required schedule from customer/Procurement control, This role involves coordinating with suppliers and related parties ensuring compliance with company and import regulations, verify schedule timely and reasonable cost while maintaining standards of service quality and compliance.

• Perform purchase order to suppliers as per monthly Order/Demand calculation
• Follow up with the suppliers for delivery schedule to maintain the shipping schedule as plan
• Contact Warehouse and Logistics department to proceed shipment requisition, Customs Clearance
• Ensure correct purchasing prices as per agreed
• Suppliers Management
• Control Privilege, Local content, Export/Import regulation as per require
• Maintain require Licenses and update regulation timely to ensure smooth Export/ Import process and custom clearance
• Report
• Forex Booking and monitoring “Plan vs Actual”
• Update to related parties to take proper action to minimize the risk
