Sales & Cost Management Staff (Outsource 1 Year Contract)
Honda Trading Asia Co., Ltd.- Establish and maintain relationships with customer.
- Resolve issues and conflicts with customer in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added services and solutions to customer
- Receiving and reviewing the order and forecast from customer
- Control and Monitor overall POs schedule
- Communicate with customer for delivery schedule and feedback the potential impact of delivery with necessity information to customer promptly
- Discuss with related parties to find Win-Win solution to solve problem
- Prepares the quotation to customer with accurate and reasonable profit
- Contact with both Customer and Supplier to understand price information and logic of quotes
- Update Price master on time to avoid any impact to related parties
- Make Budget to forecast Sale plan and expected GP in each year and update quarterly
- Evaluate budget accuracy in Monthly Sale Review and explain the gap between budget vs Actual
- Operate correspondence with customers/suppliers to solve the problems with short time to be met their satisfaction.
- Perform any statutory and regulatory assignment from leader or authorization person
- Daily problem solving to maintain smooth operation
- Bachelor degree or higher in International Business or related fields.
- At least 0-2 years up in import/export field
- New graduate is also welcomed
- Supply chain management in Automotive area is preferable
- Good command of English Skill (TOEIC 600+)
- Able to work on some Saturdays (not over 2 days per month depending on company calendar)
