Key Responsibilities
- Recording Journal entries (Journal voucher, account payable, payment voucher, account receivable, receivable voucher)
- Preparing the receipt document in accounting system and bank reconciliation to check the cash collection including preparation of sales tax invoices
- Preparing the payment document in accounting system and bank system including preparation of withholding tax certificate
- Submitting PND 3/53, PP 30 each period ended, and preparing the output vat report, input vat report, or other supporting documents
- Preparing the financial statement for each period/ internal management performance report for each period ended
- Closing the trial balance each the period ended including preparing the details of accounting information to support the trial balance
- Preparing the financial data to support and coordinate with external auditor
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting , Financial or related field
- Minimum of 1 years of work experience in Accounting or GL Accountant
- Having experience in closing period, or being as GL accountant will be advantage
- Have strong knowledge in accounting
